Who built it
I'm Roch Smith, a North Carolina software developer. I spent years building and maintaining a voter-data portal for the Guilford County Board of Elections. CampaignManager.us is built on that experience, made in North Carolina for North Carolina campaigns.

What does one "cycle" cover?
One election — early voting through Election Day. You pay once for the whole run, and the price includes the data, the setup, and the greeter signup.
Which counties are covered?
All 100 in North Carolina. Every polling place is already loaded and mapped from the state's own data, so there's nothing to import.
I'm running a multi-county district.
Pick every county in your district. The scheduler keeps early voting and Election Day straight across all of them and ranks sites across the whole district.
How is the price set?
Two things set it, and you pay the higher of the two. First, the number of counties you cover: one county, a two-to-four-county district, or five or more. Second, the office: a U.S. House race is priced at the top tier even when it sits in a single county, because those campaigns run at that scale. Everything else is priced by county count.

How are Election-Day sites ranked?
By your voters' expected turnout. For each site the scheduler counts your target voters in that precinct — using your own party and demographic criteria — then weights them by the precinct's turnout in a comparable past election. So a small, high-turnout precinct can outrank a big, low-turnout one, and you staff the places your voters will actually be. (Where a precinct has no comparable history, it falls back to registration and tells you so.)
How are early-voting sites ranked?
By live traffic. Any voter can use any early-voting site, so there's no turnout to project per site — instead the scheduler ranks each site by who's actually showing up, updated as early votes come in. Before early voting starts you set site priority by hand, then the live ranking takes over once votes are being cast.
Can volunteers use their phones?
Yes. Greeters sign up and claim shifts from their phones, pick a site from a map, and get a reminder with directions and an add-to-calendar link. No app to install.
