# CampaignManager.US > CampaignManager.US makes campaign software for North Carolina candidates. Its lead product for the 2026 general election is the Poll-Greeting Scheduler, which lets a campaign staff poll greeters at every polling place in its race, from the first day of early voting through Election Day. The company also offers a voter outreach platform built on official North Carolina voter data. CampaignManager.US serves North Carolina races only. It covers all 100 NC counties, and every polling place in the state is preloaded from North Carolina State Board of Elections data. The company is Altmedia 101, Inc. Roch Smith, a North Carolina software developer, built it. He spent years building and maintaining a voter-data portal for the Guilford County Board of Elections. ## Poll-Greeting Scheduler The scheduler is sold on its own. A campaign does not need the full platform to use it. - [Poll-Greeting Scheduler](https://www.campaignmanager.us/scheduler): product page with a 4-minute walk-through video, features, pricing, and FAQ - [Scheduler signup](https://www.campaignmanager.us/scheduler/signup): self-serve checkout; the campaign picks its office and counties, pays, and starts right away - [Poll Greeting in North Carolina](https://www.campaignmanager.us/blog/how-to-staff-polling-places-poll-greeters): what campaigns should know before early voting, including choosing sites for early voting and Election Day, setting up shifts, and recruiting and preparing greeters What it does: - Every NC polling place is already loaded and mapped. The campaign has nothing to import. - The campaign picks its sites, and one click builds every shift. Early-voting hours come preloaded from the state. - Greeters sign up from any phone through one shared link, with no login and no app. They can pick a site from a map. - Confirmations and day-before reminders, with directions and an add-to-calendar link, send on their own. - A coverage view shows which shifts are full, partial, or empty, by site and by day. - The scheduler ranks sites. Election Day sites are ranked by the expected turnout of the campaign's target voters in each precinct. Early-voting sites are ranked by live traffic as early votes are cast, refreshed each morning. - It handles races that span several counties, and it ranks sites correctly across county lines. Pricing is one payment per election, covering early voting through Election Day: - Single county: $99 - Multi-county (two to four counties): $299 - Larger races are quoted by hand, not sold self-serve: U.S. House races, districts of five or more counties, and statewide races (U.S. Senate, Governor, Council of State, statewide judicial). Email hello@campaignmanager.us for a quote. The county count alone sets the self-serve price. One payment covers the whole election, early voting through Election Day, including the data, the setup, and the greeter signup. ## Voter outreach platform - [Home page](https://www.campaignmanager.us/): overview of the platform and the scheduler - [Multi-county campaigns](https://www.campaignmanager.us/multi-county): how the platform handles districts that cross county lines - [Why voter contact wins](https://www.campaignmanager.us/why-voter-contact): the case for direct voter contact The platform gives a campaign its district's official NC voter file, already loaded, with an AI assistant that answers questions from that data. It also includes canvassing maps, calling lists, mailing lists, volunteer coordination, and yard sign delivery routes. Volunteers use it from their phones. A campaign's data is private and is never shared with a party or another campaign. ## Pages by race type - [Judicial](https://www.campaignmanager.us/judicial) - [School board](https://www.campaignmanager.us/school-board) - [City council](https://www.campaignmanager.us/city-council) - [Mayor](https://www.campaignmanager.us/mayor) - [County commissioner](https://www.campaignmanager.us/county-commissioner) - [NC General Assembly](https://www.campaignmanager.us/state-legislature) - [Sheriff](https://www.campaignmanager.us/sheriff) - [District attorney](https://www.campaignmanager.us/district-attorney) ## Contact - General and sales: hello@campaignmanager.us - Customer support: support@campaignmanager.us ## Optional - [Blog](https://www.campaignmanager.us/blog): campaign strategy articles for NC candidates, including voter contact, canvassing maps, calling lists, early voting, and volunteer coordination - [Sitemap](https://www.campaignmanager.us/sitemap.xml): every public page
